The APM and BHS tunnels and associated work will form an integral part of the airport's Three Runway System (3RS) project, facilitating the transition of travelers between the new third runway concourse and the expanded Terminal 2.
The Project
The scope of work includes a combined of 1.8 km-long tunnel, 19 ancillary buildings, as well as building services and airport systems installations.
PERI has delivered 48 nos. of 25 m long travelers while most of the travelers are telescopic to fit different widths of the tunnels.

PERI has provided customised tunnel formwork solution for the eight-cell tunnel structures.
