The 11.82 hectares large Jincheng Depot is the only depot that serves in Metro Wanda–Zhonghe–Shulin Line. It is also the very first underground depot in the area.

Jincheng Depot includes a fully functional Class 5 locomotive depot (approximately 11.82 hectares, including a maintenance workshop, storage yard, traction power substation, civil engineering maintenance workshop, management center, main substation, etc.). PERI supplied SB Frame and VARIO VT to build the single-sided wall, with a single pour reaching a height of 6.5 m.
