PERI UP Easy Façade Scaffolding

PERI UP Easy is the latest addition to the PERI UP Façade scaffolding toolkit, designed to improve both safety and productivity for façade applications.

PERI UP Easy features a lightweight frame scaffold that is quick and easy to assemble. The guardrail for the next scaffold level is mounted from the lower level, enabling safe position entry without additional fall protection. Through integrated scaffold nodes, PERI UP Easy can be combined with PERI UP Flex modular scaffolding.

PERI UP Easy is available in widths of 67 cm (Width Class W 06) or 100 cm (Width Class W 09).
For the 67 cm system width, integrated composite decks or 33 cm wide all-steel decks can be used.
For the 100 cm system width, decking components based on the 25 cm modular grid from the PERI UP Flex system can be applied.

All PERI UP scaffold decks feature integrated lift-off protection, ensuring fast and safe assembly while also allowing openings to be created in the working platform for subsequent construction activities, such as material handling.

The basic structure can be assembled with virtually no couplers, significantly reducing erection time.
Numerous well-engineered design details make the PERI UP Easy system simple and efficient. For example, only a minimal number of special components are required for internal and external corners.

The assembly process of PERI UP Easy offers a high level of safety. Thanks to the unique erection sequence, scaffold frames can be installed from a safe position without the need for personal fall protection equipment.

Technical Details

Can be used as a working scaffold.
Complies with DIN 4420-1:2004-03 and can be used as a Protective Scaffold Class D and as a Roof Edge Protection Scaffold.
In combination with protection panels, it can also be used as a Roof Edge Protection Scaffold, Class SWD 1.
Standard application width: B = 67 cm (Width Class SW 06).
- Composite deck width: B = 66 cm. Maximum load capacity: 2.00 kN/m² (Load Class 3).
- All-steel deck standard width: B = 33 cm. Maximum load capacity: 3.00 kN/m² (Load Class 4) for L = 3.00 m.
Standard application width: B = 100 cm (Width Class SW 09).
- Composite deck width: B = 33 cm. Maximum load capacity: 3.00 kN/m² (Load Class 4) for L = 3.00 m.
- All-steel deck standard width: B = 25 cm. Maximum load capacity: 3.00 kN/m² (Load Class 4) for L = 3.00 m.

The lightweight, fast frame scaffold ensures safe, efficient façade work at any height.
Guardrails can be installed directly from the lower level, ensuring a high level of safety for operatives at any working height.
Thanks to the integrated guardrail hook design, assembly requires virtually no couplers and only minimal tools. The hook is inserted into the opening in the standard and secured by rotation.
Internal corners can be easily formed to suit the building geometry or specific project requirements, using only a minimal number of components.
Insert the swivel ledger head into the slotted hole and press down the diagonal brace, the safety catch locks automatically.
The integrated nodes on the PERI UP Easy standards allow the system to be flexibly combined with the modular PERI UP Flex system.
PERI UP decking always completely covers the entire axial dimensions; there are no gaps or offsets – neither from bay to bay nor between decks positioned parallel to each other. Covers for gaps in the decking are therefore not required.
