Deliveries Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery process within the stockyard
• Handling of all outbound goods in the warehouse
• Point of contact with transport drivers during loading tasks
• Checking the quantity of delivery without variance
• Checking the quality of delivery without damage
• Efficiently completing all activities delegated by the warehouse manager
• Daily supervision of staff 
• Supports delivery coordinators with planning and prioritizing jobs
• Distributes job tasks consistently and fairly
• Continual communication with yard supervisors to meet daily production demands
• Plans overtime, shift work, and/or headcount adjustments with line manager and supervisors
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations
• Receives complaints and resolves problems
• Provides quality service by enforcing service standards
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
• Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors
• To have a proactive responsibility and awareness for PERI L.L.C health & safety procedures related to the area of responsibility
• Working closely with other teams/supervisors/managers to ensure consistent, efficient and working practices
   

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of Formwork materials
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the formwork industry
