Sales Administrator

Kowloon, Hong Kong

Your responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with offer preparation
  • Provide quality value added services to the sales team in terms of preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
  • Updating and maintaining a quality database of market research from CIC and other reputable sources 
  • Updating and maintaining of the Sales Drive, to ensure all latest product information and documentation is in place
  • Follow up on material requirements through the stock plan database and ensure sufficient availability to meet given delivery time frame
  • Ensure all required documents are in place for delivery processing and workflow according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Able to communicate with engineering team on product substitution and keep the sales team up to date on all changes
  • Seek for continuous customer service and operational process improvement
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as assigned by the supervisors

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service and account receivable role
  • Prior experience in accounting/ shipping/ logistic/ customer service is an advantage
  • Professional customer services and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, proactive and well-organized with flexible working attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in using data/ information management software (e.g. CRM/ ERP)
  • Willingness to travel
