Material Controller

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate on materials production, scheduling and shipping requirements
• Create and maintain a comprehensive data base for the movement of the materials
• Manage order and material estimation, resources allocation and provisioning
• Responsible for stock control and compile inventory report to the management
• Coordinate with different parties such as sales, logistics and external vendors on product shipment and delivery 
• As a gatekeeper to examine and verify materials with quality control to meet specifications
• Perform any other duties of responsibilities as delegated by your manager

 

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in a relevant manufacturing, engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in material planning, engineering administration or controller team
• Able to work accurately with good attention to detail
• Calm and able to respond to difficult situations with sensitivity
• Trustworthy, punctual and reliable person
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin (verbally and written), knowledge of other languages considered as an advantage
• Willingness to travel
